CWM operates and practices a stringent quality assurance program in all aspects of structural steel erection. Site erection procedures and plans are discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement of each project. All of our welders are certified and qualified per AWS D1.1 and/or D1.5 in the positions and procedures required for each particular project and scope of work.

In addition to quality, we also adhere to a comprehensive safety program. By actively updating our safety program and standards, CWM has become a leader in safety. From our weekly “Toolbox Talk” safety meetings, site specific safety policies – which are reviewed with each manager prior to commencement of work, to our thorough equipment inspections - all safety guidelines are strictly enforced.

Our safety department ensures that each employee completes a rigorous OSHA safety training program, with each holding OSHA 10 and Subpart R certifications – along with all other applicable certifications. It is our goal to reduce risks and, more importantly, provide a safe working environment through three effective methods:

• Engineering controls
• Employee awareness
• PPE (personal protective equipment)
